Almost perfect! Clean, spacious, comfortable. The only downside is the 2 loose mattresses as someone mentioned earlier. 2 tips: it was unclear to us in advance whether we could cook for ourselves (could not be seen in the description and photos) and a sofa would not be out of place (for romance, but also if you are 4).
