Farmhouse surrounded by nature, in a unique, quiet and relaxing environment, fully renovated and with every comfort. On the ground floor large living room with sofa, table, fireplace and TV, large kitchen (with dishwasher), service bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs hallway with closets and 3 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom with shower: a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (with fourth bed option), all with window or balcony.

The house is located in Picerno, Basilicata, Italy. No more than 15 minutes from the nearby city of Potenza, the Farm is a good starting point for visiting the neighboring towns of Picerno, Satriano (with its famous murals) and Tito (with guided tours of its 16th-century Franciscan convent and the Satrianum Tower with the remains of the ancient Norman stronghold). Also close by is Sasso di Castalda and its Tibetan Bridges attraction (Ponte Alla Luna) and Castelmezzano and Pietrapertosa to experience the exciting Flight of the Angel over the Lucanian Dolomites.
