Beautifully located detached wooden recreation bungalow with small shed in Maasrijk Blitterswijck. The nature house is quietly located at the end of a dead-end street and in the middle of extensive forests. Comforter and pillows are provided but you must bring your own bed and bath linen. Layout ground floor: entrance hall with coat rack and closet, toilet, living room / kitchen with patio doors to rear terrace area, kitchen with stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and hood, bedroom with 2 beds - either side by side or separately to place -, private bathroom with bath and washbasin. Layout 1st floor: spacious landing with 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds - either side by side or separate -, bathroom with sink and shower, central heating room. In bad weather, the fast fiber internet and TV connection with wifi offers a solution! Only recreational rental! We do not rent to companies for their employees.
Nature and surroundings
You walk right from the house into the beautiful nature reserve 't Sohr, part of Maaspark Ooijen-Wanssum. Forests, lakes, trails and of course the river Maas. In the neighboring village of Blitterswijck you may find yourself in a guild procession or church procession. The trout pond and mill are well worth a visit. In the village itself there is an authentic village square that connects church, school, parish house and café and also houses a real Italian pizza baker. Exactly on the other side of the Meuse River is the National Park the Maasduinen, a unique nature reserve in the Netherlands that is easily reached via the bicycle ferry at the level of restaurant "Tante Jet". The famous Kasteeltuinen in Arcen at less than 15 km. A supermarket at 10 minutes cycling / 20 minutes walking. Also nearby at only 20 km is the ancient German pilgrimage site Kevelaer. For the youth Toverland amusement park at 30 km offers a solution! In short, something for everyone!
