Nature house in Lennisheuvel (Boxtel)

A perfect score for a perfect stay! From the moment we were warmly welcomed, it was immediately clear that we’d hit the jackpot. Absolutely everything was there to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The pool is, of course, a fantastic asset during a week of tropical temperatures, and the well-equipped (covered) outdoor kitchen was in constant use.
Depending on the sun’s position, there’s always a spot where you can relax for a bit.
Don’t let the nearby industrial area put you off—it looks close on Google Maps, but it really doesn’t cause any disturbance at all. The cottage is located on the other side, on the edge of the Kampina and Ooisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen, full of beautiful bike paths and walking trails, dotted here and there with cozy restaurants and cafes.
We highly recommend this stay (including the sweet four-legged friends and their owners)!

De perfecte score voor een perfect verblijf! Van bij de hartelijke ontvangst bleek meteen dat we met ons gat in de boter zijn gevallen. Werkelijk alles was aanwezig om onze aanwezigheid zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
Het zwembad is natuurlijk een fantastische troef in een week met tropische temperaturen, terwijl ook de goed uitgeruste (overdekte) buitenkeuken overuren heeft gedraaid.
Afhankelijk van de stand van de zon is er steeds wel een plekje waar je even kan bekomen.
Laat je zeker niet afschrikken door het nabijgelegen industriegebied, dat lijkt op google maps kortbij, maar heb je werkelijk 0,0 hinder van. Het huisje ligt langs de andere kant aan de rand van de Kampina en Ooisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen, vol mooie fietspaden en wandelweggetjes, her en der voorzien van gezellige horecazaken.
Wij kunnen dit verblijf (incl de lieve viervoeters en hun baasjes) enkel aanraden!

The location is truly superb. A bakery and café are within walking distance, and the AH supermarket is within biking distance. Getting around by car is incredibly easy. A large nature reserve is very close by.
The large garden, multiple terraces, and amenities for both young and older children are a huge plus.
The cottage isn’t very big, which only added to the cozy atmosphere for us.

De ligging is in feite subliem. Bakker/café is op wandelafstand, AH op fietsafstand. Aansluiting met de wagen is enorm vlot. Groot natuurgebied zeer kortbij.
De grote tuin, meerdere terrassen voorzieningen voor zowel kleine als grote kindjes zijn een enorme meerwaarde.
Het huisje is niet enorm groot, wat voor ons de gezelligheid enkel ten goede kwam.

We were wonderfully received by Marion in the beautiful cottage with ditto pool. Also the nature in the area is breathtakingly beautiful. Highly recommended.

We zijn geweldig ontvangen door Marion in het prachtige huisje met dito zwembad. Ook de natuur in de omgeving is adembenemend mooi. Een echte aanrader.

The downstairs bedroom is beautiful and super comfortable, the sleeping areas upstairs are a little cramped due to the sloping roof. But nevertheless slept fine. Cottage is cozily decorated. We were unlucky with the weather so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor areas, but when the weather is nice, I think it is really fantastic.

De slaapkamer beneden is prachtig en super comfortabel, de slaapplekken boven zijn een beetje krap door het schuine dak. Maar desondanks prima geslapen. Huisje is gezellig ingericht. Wij hadden pech met het weer waardoor we niet van de buitenruimten hebben kunnen genieten, maar bij mooi weer is dat ook echt fantastisch denk ik.

Beautiful place in nature, where you can make very nice walks right from the cottage.

Mooie plek in de natuur, waarbij je vanuit het huisje gelijk al hele mooie wandelingen kunt maken.
