Double cottage with lots of space. Too bad there was no toilet upstairs and the spiral staircase is difficult if you have more difficulty walking up stairs.

Tweepersoons huisje met veel ruimte. Jammer dat er boven geen toilet was en de wenteltrap is lastig als je wat meer moeite hebt met traplopen.

Beautiful location, very quiet.Unfortunately neighbors were doing major renovation.Nice starting point for wonderful bike rides.

Prachtige locatie, erg rustig.
Helaas waren de buren met grote verbouwing bezig.
Mooi uitgangspunt voor heerlijke fietstochten.

The cottage is spacious but has a lot of overdue maintenance. Some examples: kitchen cabinet carousel clips, kitchen worktop does not connect to second part. This is due to the fact that the cottage has subsided. There is a narrow spiral staircase upstairs, annoying especially if you need to go to the toilet downstairs at night. The CV does not work optimally so it takes a long time to warm up (needs venting) and sometimes a radiator has no knob. The bathroom is half renovated, there is a closet missing and there is no extraction. The extractor in the kitchen blows the air out in the toilet. So all in all, a lot of defects. The current owners have put it up for sale so the next owner will have to refurbish it first.

Het huisje is ruim maar heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud. Enkele voorbeelden: keukenkast carrousel klemt, keukenblad sluit niet aan op tweede deel. Dit heeft te maken met het feit dat het huisje verzakt is. Er is een smalle wenteltrap naar boven, vervelend zeker als je 's-nachts naar de toilet beneden moet. De CV werkt niet optimaal waardoor het lang duurt voordat het warm is (moet ontlucht worden) en soms heeft een radiator geen knop. De badkamer is half opgeknapt, er mist een kast en er is geen afzuiging. De afzuigkap in de keuken blaast de lucht er in de toilet weer uit. Dus al met al een hoop gebreken. De huidige eigenaars hebben het te koop gezet dus zal de volgende eigenaar het eerst moeten gaan opknappen.

The immediate nature around the cottage is beautiful and also plenty of space. However, during our stay, the road that runs in front of the cottage was repaved so that early in the morning the sounds of machinery could be heard. The same at the neighbor's house that was being rebuilt. The workmen woke us very early every morning. This is not the peace and quiet of a nature house and was a disappointment.

De directe natuur rond het huisje is prachtig en ook voldoende ruimte. Maar tijdens ons verblijf werd de weg die voor het huisje langsloopt opnieuw geteerd waardoor 's-morgens vroeg al de geluiden van de machines te horen was. Hetzelfde bij het huis van de buren dat werd verbouwd. De werklui wekten ons iedere morgen erg vroeg al. Dat is niet de rust die bij een natuurhuisje hoort en was wel een afknapper.
