The Villa is the ideal retreat to enjoy the peace and relaxation of the evenings of this beautiful Roman countryside and at the same time enjoy fine white sandy beaches and magnificent rocky sea coasts (Sabaudia, Sperlonga, San Felice Circeo), thus reconciling in one solution a vacation between countryside, sea and places of interest. Just a few kilometers away is the Garden of Ninfa, which was declared a Natural Monument by the Lazio Region in 2000 in order to protect the internationally renowned historic garden! Villa Lilla and all the spaces included (garden, swimming pool Gazebo with Barbeque and Sauna) are for the exclusive use of only those guests who book their stay. The garden around the house is equipped with hammocks, benches chairs and tables for outdoor dining. The Villa has fine film and music collections and an interesting library stocked with books on horticulture and gardens, a baby grand piano, and a fine collection of paintings and ceramics.

The Villa is set in a property of 10 hectares of organic agricultural land, including fruit trees of various kinds and two hectares of Giant Bamboo plantation, and about one hectare around the house is kept exclusively as a garden (eucalyptus, poplars, mimosas, flowering cherry trees, prunus, rose hedges, azaleas, gardenias, peonies, and aromatic plants. Surrounding the house are a grove, the orchard, fields of natural wild herbs, such as in season wild fennel, chicory, chives, mushrooms, the oak forest at the back (1 hectare) that blooms with wild gladioli in spring, the mimosa forest, all yellow in February. The Royal Hoopoes returning to nest, Woodcocks chased by hunters in autumn, the Robin approaching home in colder temperatures. Then Blackbirds, Corncrackers and Magpies, and finally Swallows returning in spring. High in the sky fly Hawks hunting for Rabbits, and Foxes live happily here in their habitat!
