Bungalow in a noble zone, 5 minuts of center of 3 cities of São miguel island, 2 minuts from beaches in south and 7 minuts from beaches in North. Its a refugie near everything. There is soccer camps and sport facilities at 500 meters. Supermarkets, restaurants near by. Around 35 minutos to go to any place in island. I am a DIY fan and enjoy sports (spearfishing mostly) and my guests are welcome to join me in my activities when i have time. My property is 10 minuts from airport. We have a RENT-A-CAR too and we can pick and live you in airport.

Is inside a 10 000 sq meters property with 3 meter rock walls, lots of trees and my dogs. We have ao villa in the same land (80 meters distance) and the entrance is made by car for the same gate we use. Remote comand will be delivered on check in. A lot of green and nature around. Ideal for a retreat of an individual, couple or friends in a very reserved place, surrouded of nature, cows, and my dogs, but near everithing at same time. I
