This nature house is a vacation home in contemporary architecture, a construction that respects the environment and nature (cork insulation, interior/finishing with natural materials, wood, traditional ladrilho tiles). Water heating with solar panels. The house magnificent views of Madeira's untouched north coast. 360 degree view of the ocean and mountains. All bedrooms of the vacation homes offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, space and comfort included. You will further enjoy access to a private terrace, the pool and infrared sauna. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bath). All rooms have solid wood floors, frontal sea views, and large double beds. One of the rooms has a large private terrace with a surrounding view of the sea, the mountains, and the village of Ponta Delgada.

We believe the panorama will move YOU: a beautiful, unique view of Madeira's north coast, cliffs, mountains and villages all the way to the lava ponds and pools of Porto Moniz. Ponta Delgada is best known for its natural landscapes and its beautiful churches and chapels. But Ponta Delgada also offers beautiful footpaths and old wine presses.There is a public swimming complex with two saltwater pools (adult and children's), a solarium, gardens, changing rooms. You can sit at the bar or on the terrace. For your information, there is a first aid facility, pool surveillance and a large parking lot. Thanks to the construction of a rock wall, a small beach was also created. The village is spread over a vast area, a real center is hard to find in Ponta Delgada. However, if you look carefully, you will find three small supermarkets, a gas station, a pharmacy and several bars.
