Our house is about 300 years old and built with thick stone walls. It’s located at the end of a narrow alley in Tici. You can’t drive right up to it. We have a parking spot for your car under an olive tree nearby. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. The lower level features the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the living room with a pull-out sofa that sleeps two additional people. Inside, there’s a staircase leading to the upper floor, and a large stone staircase on the outside of the house. A spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace with sweeping views. You can look west toward the sea and east toward the mountains. It’s absolutely quiet and relaxing. You can walk to the sea in 25 minutes or drive 5–7 km by car. You can also shop at the beach. Or you can wait for the delivery van, which comes every morning and brings the essentials. Please ask about the special rate for the off-season! Please water the plants in the summer!
Nature and surroundings
The landscape of Luśtica is unspoiled, rustic, and wild. Luśtica is surrounded by the sea and many beaches. There is a sandy beach that is particularly suitable for children. The villages are surrounded by forests and olive groves. Luśtica is a peninsula with many ways to reach the sea. The beaches are not overcrowded, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars for entertainment. Culturally, you can visit 15 churches and 3 former barracks from the old Austro-Hungarian Empire. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
