Our house is about 300 years old, built with thick stone walls. It is at the end of a narrow lane in Tici. You can't get there by car. We have a parking lot under an olive tree nearby for your car. The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed and air-condition. In the basement there is the kitchen, a shower room with WC and the living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 more people. Inside there is a connecting staircase to the upper floor and a large stone staircase outside on the house wall. A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with a wide view. You can see the sea to the west and the mountains to the east. It is absolutely quiet and relaxing. You can walk 25 minutes to the sea or drive 5-7 km by car. You can also go shopping on the beach. Or you can wait for the delivery van that comes every morning and brings the necessities. For the low season please ask for the special price! Please water the plants in summer!
Nature and surroundings
The landscape of Luśtica is pristine, rustic and wild. Luśtica is surrounded by the sea and many beaches. There is a sandy beach especially suitable for children. Around the villages there are forests and olive groves. Lustica is a peninsula with many opportunities to get to the sea. The beaches are not crowded but there are many restaurants and bars for entertainment. Culturally, you can visit 15 churches, 3 former barracks from the old Austro-Hungarian monarchy. On Luśtica there are old villages with mostly historical buildings. You can walk from Tici to the beach.
