Detached villa with large garden: behind is a state-owned pine forest and in front just 100 meters away is the sandy beach.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house was built in front of the Adriatic Sea in a secluded and very quiet area. The pine forest is kilometers long, and you can take long bike rides along the dirt roads to the port of Goro or to the thousand-year-old Pomposa Abbey. Wild deer often come to graze near the house fence. The beach in front of the dwelling is free for long stretches. The sea is not deep and swimming is safe for children and elderly people. You can fish with your hands for clams or with a small net for shrimp and small fish for frying.
