A new apartment in an outbuilding of a farm with every imaginable amenity. You will find this nature house on a large property (about 20,000 m²), consisting of meadows, a vineyard and a horse trough surrounded by tree walls. Good walking and cycling possibilities. Equipped with underfloor heating. The box springs are wonderful (reading with a view of the country). At the garden doors you will find a cozy sitting area. Cooking is done in your own kitchen. A Nespresso is at your disposal. Eating is done in the dining area. The accommodation has a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and rain shower. Guests have their own entrance. You can use the extensive outdoor kitchen (or barbecue) of the landlords. The nature house is an ideal base for the region Nietap - Leek - Norg - Roden - Groningen. Can be rented together with apartment ID-28875 and apartment ID-43764.
Nature and surroundings
The grounds are approximately two acres and consist of meadows surrounded by forest walls, where you are free to roam, there are several benches and other seating options available. There are several hiking trails, bicycle routes and bike trails nearby, maps available on site. A canoe trip through the nature reserve De Onlanden near the Leekstermeer is highly recommended. National Park Lauwersmeer and the Fochteloërveen are nearby. A day trip to the Wadden Sea or Schiermonnikoog is also possible. We have our own winery, you can buy wines from us!
