A well maintained and fresh detached home. A bright living room with dining area, TV and fiberglass. Terrace doors opening onto covered terrace with garden furniture. In the modern, fully equipped open kitchen you will find, among other things, a gas hob, combi-oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. An electric kettle, nespresso machine and toaster. Downstairs a fresh bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the 1st floor a 2nd toilet. Of which one room with a double bed. Two rooms with a single bed of which 1 can be converted to 140/200 double. Several closets are available upstairs and downstairs. The stairs are very steep and could cause problems if you have difficulty walking. Pets, smoking inside or using the house with more people than booked are not allowed. NOTE: Water, gas and electricity is NOT included in the price because of the enormous costs. Due to private use there are 3 bedrooms available and 2 closets and the boiler cabinet opslot.

The nature house stands on a quiet dead end dirt road on a large private plot of 850 sqm which is completely fenced which gives a lot of privacy. In our secluded woodland garden you can enjoy the squirrels and birds. There is parking for 2 cars. Go out there is plenty to enjoy in the beautiful wooded area of Holten. Fifteen minutes by bike is the Sallandse Heuvelrug / Holterberg. But also the famous Pieterpad is a stone's throw away. The cozy village center is less than 10 minutes cycling and walking opportunities are also abundant. There is 1 bicycle that you may use free of charge (we are not liable if not roadworthy, this is an extra service). Furthermore, there are nearby bikes for rent that can be delivered to your home. We find it very important not to waste water and energy. Please do not leave lights and heating on unnecessarily. Do not leave doors open when the heating is on. Do not use water unnecessarily.
