Nature house in Santo Amaro

This naturehouse is charming and modern and is located at the North end of a family owned eco-resort. We adapted the architecture to insert it in a natural and graceful way on the extremely sloping terrain, resulting in a duplex with the two rooms on the lower floor, both with a spectacular view of the sea, the island of St. George and a wonderful sunrise . This is a resort where you will be warmly wellcomed, trying to provide all conforts, from the restaurant called Magma with famili recipes, a grocery store, a yoga room and an heated swimming pool. Its sumptuous balcony that includes stone barbecue has an unobstructed and stunning view of the entire island of St. George, the beautiful canal and a garden. Upstairs, dazzle yourself again and enjoy a drink in lounge chairs or outdoor dining with unsurpassed views. There is even more an exclusive surprise of this house, the view on the right side to the bay of Canto and hight cliff of sumptuous green...

In the summer of 2015 we dreamt to build a small village on Pico Island, ideal for family vacations. The option fell on the north coast of the island, for the superb views it offers. We chose the parish of Santo Amaro, Terralta, because it still has very little lodging and especially taking advantage of the excellent location, a unique landscape, cultural heritage and environmental surroundings, where calm and tranquility predominate on the natural environment. The view to the West allows to observe the whole bay of Santo Amaro ... and allows to see the top of the mountain of Pico, in day of little cloudiness. The grounds were chosen for their natural beauty, flora and the existence of several ruins, , which give a picturesque tone to the enterprise. The development is crossed longitudinally by a canada - Way of the Voltas - that belongs to the Railings of the Azores - Pico. The canada was kept untouched, with the integral preservation of the floor and the walls.
