La Casetta is an attic vacation home consisting of a living room with a sofa bed, a large kitchen with all appliances, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside is a large loggia, a pleasant and quiet garden, a basketball court, a ping-pong table, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven.

La Casetta is surrounded by greenery, located in the foothills of Mount Serpeddì within the Sette Fratelli Park. About twenty kilometers from Cagliari, it can be reached from State Road 125 or from nearby Sinnai, which is about five kilometers away. The prevailing vegetation is Mediterranean scrub with its mastic and cyst trees, numerous olive trees and strawberry trees. Toward Mount Serpeddì one can reach the Tuviois Park with its centuries-old olive trees and oaks and the interesting Via dell'Argento leading toward Burcei.
