A modern day house, simple layout for people to relax in. Set upon the mountain, with unrestricted sea views. 100 metres (via a farm track) from the main SELLIA to RODAKINO road. 3km from the village of SELLIA, 6km from the village of RODAKINO, 5km from the tourist resort of PLAKIAS. Beaches at Souda, Plakias, Damnoni, Ammoudi, Skinaria, Preveli, & Rodakino. Also an area popular with hill walkers, and cyclists. There are two houses, Semi Detached, we live in one and rent the other one. Solar Powered & Solar Hot Water. We have 2 small dogs and 4 cats

Nature and surroundings

Unrestricted sea views. Set off road, in 4000 sq/m of natural wild evolving gardens. Allowing much privacy and tranquillity, OR, freedom to party as one likes. Far away from it all, yet with everything on your doorstep. Unless a very keen walker, transport will be required, We are powered by Solar Photvoltaic, ****thus, electrical items that require heat are forbidden, i.e. Hairdryers, Curling Tongs, Irons, Electric Kettles etc etc.**** Occasionally guests may have to pass from our friendly neighbours - The Flock of Sheep. Car access to the property at one's discretion.
