Rural cottage in The Lutterzand. Located in the middle of the woods with unobstructed views, ideal for nature lovers. The nature house is for rent for 2 adults and possibly 3 children up to about 10 years. The cottage has a living room, kitchen shower / toilet a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds for 3 children. (The bunk bed is for children up to 10/11 years, you need to bring your own comforter and pillow for this). The cottage is heated by electric heating. Furthermore, our cottage is fully equipped, including Wifi, TV, dishwasher and beds made on arrival. Bath and kitchen linen are not included.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings invite you to enjoy hiking or biking. The cottage is in the middle of the woods of Het Lutterzand and is a few minutes walk from the river Dinkel. The natural course of this small river, in combination with the steep banks, creates unique flora and fauna. For example, the bank swallow and the kingfisher nest in Het Lutterzand. Within walking distance there are several restaurants. Furthermore, De Lutte is located a few kilometers from a number of pleasant villages such as Denekamp, Ootmarsum and Oldenzaal.
