    Deafening silence at night. Awesome!!! The cottage has everything you need and a fantastic bed! The owners Hilka and Mervyn are very welcoming and concerned about their animals. There are 2 donkeys, a horse of the neighbors who regularly graze in the adjacent meadow. Next to the chalet is the goat enclosure, very quiet animals. Unfortunately the oldest one died during my stay, very sad for Hilka and Mervyn. The animal was old and sick and nature has let her go. Kala the white Pyrenean mountain dog lives in the house with owner and wife. There will be plenty to do in the neighborhood, but I came for the tranquility and I had it!
