This nature house has a beautiful view over the characteristic Texel landscape and is quietly located, surrounded by greenery and tall trees and has lots of privacy. This unique bungalow was built to its own design in 2018 and stands at the back of a 1100 m2 yard owned by the owners. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating. The living room has a sitting area with panoramic windows, equipped with cable TV, DVD player and audio.The open kitchen with patio door to the garden is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, Senseo, kettle and dishwasher. There are 2 separate bedrooms each with 2 luxury box spring beds with bed linen and plenty of storage space. The separate bathroom has a washbasin with vanity unit and a spacious walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. The spacious secluded garden surrounding the bungalow has terraces with garden furniture on two sides. Here you can see the sun rise in the morning. There is a separate storage room. All casement windows have mosquito nets.

The bungalow is located on Texel and can only be reached by boat across the Wadden Sea. The Wadden Sea is so special that it is on the Unesco World Heritage List. It is of value to the whole world and to millions of birds. With every tide, water, silt and sand flow back and forth. Ebb and flow. Characteristic cloud cover. Nature sets the rhythm in this unique Dutch landscape with thousands of migratory birds and seals. Let the wind blow through your hair and experience the spectacle. Texel has much to offer for lovers of peace and quiet, nature and birds, and from the bungalow you can walk to the Hoge Berg nature reserve or cycle to the old fishing village of Oudeschild along Skillepaadje. There is a lot of development on Texel, including new bird-watching points and a number of beautiful new cycling routes. For mountain bikers there is a 100 km. long trail. But also from the bungalow you can already enjoy the singing of the birds and see the sun rise.
