This is a uniquely situated house in the National Landscape. It is a protected nature reserve and belongs to the Drenthe Aa river valley landscape. The solitary house between Zeegse and Oudemolen has its own forest on both sides and lies on a private dirt road with an unobstructed view of the valley landscape. The house is ideal for nature lovers who love simplicity, peace, darkness and silence. There is no electricity but solar panels for light and a voltage converter for charging Iphone and laptop. The nature spot can serve well as a starting point for walks through the vast Stroomdall landscape. Numerous bicycle tours are possible with heathlands and interesting villages nearby. Nearby are the Gasterse Duinen and the beautiful Balloërveld with sheepfold near the villages of Balloo and Rolde. The capital Assen is half an hour away. The city of Groningen is a 20-minute drive away. A unique place to reflect and experience positive energy.

That's why you want to be in this house: to be one with nature. Far away from crowds and stress. The impressions you get here you take with you in your mind and create the desire to come back. A place with almost 100% privacy where nature can be observed in peace. There are restaurants in Gasteren, Taarloo and Zeegse to make it even easier on yourself. The brink village of Zuidlaren is within cycling distance and offers many terraces and stores. All in all, a stay offers the peace seeker that which inspires and creative. Only in spring and summer to rent for 2 people, After booking and deposit payment no refund in case of cancellation. Deposit will be refunded after positive inspection.
