Welcome to this nature house at the Ermerhoek. Next to our Saxon farmhouse we have a detached guesthouse with a fantastic unobstructed view of the Ermer-es. From the room you look out over the garden and the farmlands. With a little luck you will see partridges, storks, a squirrel and other wildlife. Enjoy nature, peace and quiet and space in a unique place. Your accommodation is suitable for four persons. At the private entrance you can park your car under the carport. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The sliding doors in the room give you access to a private terrace. Wi-Fi is available. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable spacious double bed of 1.80 x 2.10 m. The second, smaller, bedroom has two single beds. The beds can be pushed together. The cottage has plenty of bath, bed and kitchen linen.
Nature and surroundings
Erm is located in the so-called Geopark 'The Hondsrug'. In the area you will find many opportunities for walking and cycling. A visit to Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen is highly recommended. And for true nature lovers, a visit to the nature park Bargerveen, is something you can't skip. Here you will still find the only raised bog area in all of the Netherlands. The hiking trail "Pieterpad" passes by Erm. In Nieuw Amsterdam you will find the Van Gogh House.
