Ground-floor Nature houses with terrace and sunbathing lawn. The parking lot is directly in front of your apartment and only for you. Kitchen-living room with table, large bench, chairs, satellite TV and free internet. The eat-in kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and other kitchen appliances. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom with shower and WC is equipped with underfloor heating, as is the entire apartment. Exit to the garden with large terrace, garden table, chairs, sun loungers and large green area.
Nature and surroundings
At the entrance to the Pitztal is the beautiful detached house with the apartment on the first floor and a very nice garden, meadows and playground. Let yourself be enchanted by the Pitztal at any time of year. The house is located in the middle of the Kaunergrat Nature Park, surrounded by the magnificent Pitztal mountain peaks and waterfalls. The nearby leisure park with natural swimming pond, large playground and many other leisure activities will make every heart beat faster.

Het huisje is heerlijk rustig, ideaal met kinderen ivm de tuin en geen verkeer voor het huis. Een verbeterpunt;
- gordijnen op de 2e slaapkamerMiddenin de bergen, tussen een paar boertjes.
