The farmhouse has been painstakingly renovated and restored over many years by the owner, who spends his vacations or weekends here, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the southern Black Forest. It is located in the middle of the forest and can be reached via a 2.4 km long forest road. Nature and surroundings

Your vacation apartment in the Upper Black Forest is situated near St. Märgen in a sunny, romantic high location at 920 m in the southern Black Forest. You can reach the chalet via a 2.4-kilometer forest road. Very important: In winter, the forest road to the house is only passable with a four-wheel drive car. If you do not have a four-wheel drive car, park your car down in the valley and hike to your vacation accommodation in 20 minutes. Our luggage service (20€) will bring your luggage safely to your apartment. You should therefore be able to walk well in winter. The property includes 2 hectares of forest and 2 hectares of meadows. You are in the middle of nature and your children will love it! They can run around here while you relax. The vacation apartment is ideally located for numerous excursions in the southern Black Forest. Lake Titisee is just a few minutes' drive away, but other great places such as St. Peter, Hinterzarten, Feldberg, Schluchsee, Oberried, Titisee-Neustadt and Breitnau are also nearby.

The house is accessible via a mountain road, which can be quite an adventure. It’s no wonder the owner has a real four-wheel-drive off-road vehicle.

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

Beautifully situated in a mountainous nature reserve.
