Vacation home 'Sluizeweidje' is a cozy, detached cottage on a large property with lots of greenery near Den Burg. Due to its central location on the island (center Den Burg at only 600m) an ideal base to explore Texel. In 15 minutes you cycle to the North Sea beach! The cottage and the garage (with 2 free bikes!) are at your disposal. Thereby you can use your private terrace and the rest of the terrain (7000m2). Hope to see you soon on Texel!

The vacation home is surrounded by a lot of greenery (mostly grassland and tree lines). The grounds are home to many birds. Nature reserve 'Waalenburg' is, like the vacation home, in the vicinity of Den Burg. Other nature reserves on Texel (including Slufter, Horsmeertjes, the Muy, Bollenkamer etc.) are easily accessible by bicycle. In about 15 minutes you can cycle to the North Sea beach. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
