Nature house in de Lutte

This cozy nature house is located in the tourist village of De Lutte, close to the beautiful Lutterzand nature reserve. Surrounded by nature, this house consists of two sections. One section is a vacation rental, and the other section belongs to the owners. The nature house and the owners’ section are completely separate, allowing you to truly enjoy the peace and quiet. The nature house has its own entrance and features several patio seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade. From the patio seating areas, you can enjoy the surrounding nature, including a spacious south-facing meadow. Ponies graze in this meadow, and in the summer, several roe deer often appear as evening approaches. This nature house has a living room with an open kitchen. The entryway provides access to the two bedrooms and a brand-new bathroom with underfloor heating (completely renovated in December 2024). Each room can be locked separately. The renovated master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed.

You can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike, car, or on foot. There’s a small organic supermarket 300 meters away, at the end of our little road. Within a 2-kilometer radius lies the Lutterzand nature reserve, home to the Dinkel River. This river winds its way through the entire landscape and is definitely worth a visit. The nature house is just 2.5 KM from the German border, where you can experience a completely different culture. The charming center of De Lutte is easily accessible and is only 1.5 KM away. The town center has several outdoor cafes where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with pastries or have dinner. In addition to the cozy outdoor cafes, the center also features a bike shop, a bakery, a butcher, a poultry shop, and a home, garden, and pet store. During the summer season, the ice cream parlor is also open.
