This cozy nature house is located in the tourist village of De Lutte, near the beautiful nature reserve the Lutterzand. This nature house surrounded by nature consists of two parts. One part is a vacation home and the other part belongs to the landlords. The nature house and landlords' part are completely separated, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. The nature house has its own entrance and has several terrace seats, both sunny and shady. From the terrace seats you can enjoy the surrounding nature with spacious meadow facing south. In this meadow ponies walk and in the summer several deer often appear towards the evening. This nature house has a living room with an open kitchen. The hall provides access to the two bedrooms and brand new bathroom with underfloor heating (completely renewed December 2024). Each room is separately lockable. The renovated master bedroom has a comfortable box spring.
Nature and surroundings
The beautiful surroundings can be admired by bicycle, car or on foot. Within a radius of 2 KM begins the nature reserve the Lutterzand with the river Dinkel. This river meanders through the entire landscape and is definitely worth a visit. The nature house is only 2.5 KM away from the German border, where you can enjoy a completely different culture. The cozy center of De Lutte is easy to reach and is only 1.5 KM away. The center has several terraces where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and cake, but also dine. Besides the cozy terraces, the center also has a bike store, supermarket, bakery, butcher, a poulterer and a home, garden and pet store.
