Nature house in Leimuiden gem. Kaag en Braassem

Located on a long stretched 3,000 m2 waterfront property, there are four comfortable 36 m2 Tiny Houses. There is ample opportunity to dock with your boat/sloop, overlooking your boat. The nature house is wheelchair friendly. Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a luxury double sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen: You can bring your own comforter + pillow because there is no comforter and pillow available as standard. However, there is a possibility to rent this extra. The rate for a single comforter / pillow / fitted sheet / pillowcase is € 10.00 per person per stay, there are also towel packages for € 7.50 per person to rent. There is also complete kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, the nature houses are unsuitable for pets. The cottages are non-smoking. For a 3rd and 4th person an extra surcharge of € 15 p.p.p.n. is requested. This amount can be checked when placing the booking.

Cottage 1 - Crown Duck. The location is located in the Green Heart, namely the municipality of Kaag and Braassem. Central to Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam, Alphen a.d. Rijn, Schiphol, Lisse and the beach. The site is surrounded by polders and lies on the picturesque river Drecht. This is a great place to swim, there is a swimming ladder and a solar shower. It is possible to rent an electric whisper boat from our premises. Bicycles can also be rented from our premises. P.S. The rent will not be increased again for 2026. However, as of January 1, 2026, the VAT on recreation in the Netherlands will most likely increase from 9% to 21%. If that goes through we will unfortunately have to pass on that rate.
