A country-house with green and animal oriented thinking. Nestled in the green Venetian countryside, it is located in a strategic area, just a few kilometers from Venice and Treviso. Surrounded by large green areas, it borders an ancient forest, called the Hermit's Forest, where legend has it that a farmer lived with his animals in great spiritual retreat. The country-house is divided into two parts, one for guests, which consists of an independent apartment of 70 square meters, with a large living room, small kitchenette, dining area with panoramic view and two French sofa beds for 1/2 guests, double bedroom, ante-bathroom and bathroom. There is a large garden with a comfortable gazebo, where you can have lunch or relax. Other amenities include a small library so you can browse our books and guides about the area. Nature and surroundings
In the area it is possible to take walks and bike rides along the Sile Natural Park, where you can enjoy a unique landscape. A few kilometers from home there are several points-bike rentals, professional and electric. Of course, there is no shortage of culture!!! The apartment is a few km from the Roman site and archaeological museum of Altino and from Venice, easily reached in 20 min by train from Quarto d'Altino station or 25 min by car. In the area to visit is the village of Roncade with its beautiful castle and the friendly and lively city of Treviso. Also historic cities such as Padua, Vicenza and Verona, the enchanting Dolomites and the beaches of Jesolo. The forest bordering the house is home to several species of birds and small mammals, especially hedgehogs, which, though shy, can be encountered in the house grounds at dusk. Fireflies, on the other hand, will make your evenings magical in June and July :). At km 0 there are several gardens with seasonal vegetables.
