You are staying in the old sheep cottage where during the winter the sheep were held. Two children 2-12 and 1 baby can stay for free, there are 2 children's beds available. The original structure is around 400 years old. The nature house is standing on a foundation off boulders that were transported here by the ice from Scandinavia during the ice ages. We have tried to preserve the original elements of the farm and of the building itself. All oak wood is coming from our own forests. The wooden boards on the second floor are reclaimed boards from the 1925 facade. The wood from the stairs where first used as feeding racks for the cows in the main farm house and then used in this building in the lower side wall. The tiles in the kitchen were reclaimed from the living room floor of the main farm where they had been lying since 1851. The tiles in the bath room are a hand made copy of the original tiles in our living room. The table under the TV is a part of the families weaving loom...
