About this nature house

Located on the island of St.Croix, the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, our offering is a one bedroom very private and cozy cottage comfortably appointed to sleep two to four. It is in the middle of a working cattle ranch, home of the famous Senepol cattle. With a sea view and a mile distance from the sea through pasture fields, and gentle hills all around it, the cottage is at the heart of unspoiled nature. The cottage is air conditioned, but is just as restful using the ceiling fans or letting the trade winds lull you to sleep with the sound of the ocean in your room. This naturehouse is complete with a full size kitchen so you may prepare breakfast and any other meal at your convenience and enjoy them by the elevated pool or the two porches.

Nature and surroundings

St Croix with 85 sq miles is not heavily developed leaving it unspoiled with nature in its purest form all around you while enjoying the surrounding beautiful beaches all no more that 20 minutes drive from the cottage. St.Croix's history predates Columbus with seven countries calling St.Croix their own since 1493. To day as a U.S. territory we are easy to access while retaining our Caribbean flavor in our food and culture. Our small island offers : varied historic sights, freeport shopping, Buck Island National Park, water-sports, horseback riding, fine dining, a Botanical garden, and Whim Museum.
