Guests who stayed here find the surroundings fantastic for
Bird watching Cycling Hiking

The nature house is a more than hundred-year-old farmhouse on Texel. It is our own vacation home, so we are not entirely objective. Therefore a description from a guest: "Large family house with all conveniences. Very tastefully decorated which made us feel right at home. Huge garden (with nice seating areas everywhere) with stunning views over the meadows" . In the garden are also fruit trees, berry bushes, herb garden, a trampoline, swings and mini sheep. Because the house is remote in the countryside, the wifi is much weaker than in the city. About the rent, sometimes different arrangements can be made than the schedule shows. Please let us know if you have any questions! Note: when arriving on Monday or Friday arrival time from 17.00 instead of 15.00. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

Nature and surroundings

The nature house is freely located, with a beautiful view over fields and sheep pastures. Nature is nearby and diverse: mudflats, beach, dunes, Slufter, forests, bird areas, interspersed with meadows, fields and picturesque villages. Oosterend (most beautiful village of Texel) is 2 km away. Here is a Spar, a bakery, a butcher, a liquor store a cafe and a nice pancake restaurant.

    Hygiene could really be better,
but other than that, it was fantastic.

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

What a wonderfully spacious yet cozy house. Quiet location. And a large yard with plenty of space for the kids to play. Great cookware!!! Plenty of kitchen supplies. Plenty of toys, etc.
Comfortable beds, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher: everything is there and works well. And a well-stocked bookshelf with great books. Truly a wonderful house! There were a lot of flies, but we noticed that many places on Texel have a lot of flies. Our complaint about cleaning was handled well. Communication with the owner was pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house and on Texel.
