This nature house is a salon mobile home/mobile home that was completely and luxuriously renovated in 2019. The mobile home is 12.5 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. It’s located at the back of our garden and overlooks the nature reserve. You’ll have your own beautiful private terrace under the old chestnut tree. You’ll be surrounded by our farm animals: the pigs Driesje and Bellie; the goats Linda, Roos, and Jessica; and the sheep. Our nature house is available for adults only.

You are in the heart of the Nieuwkoop Lakes region. A spoonbill colony is located 400 meters as the crow flies from the trailer. You’ll see spoonbills flying overhead every day. In addition to spoonbills, you’re sure to spot great egrets and purple herons here as well. At night, you’ll regularly hear a barn owl. Take a leisurely stroll through the meadows and spot the old windmill from 1676, or go for a swim in the river, which is just a 5-minute walk away. During your stay, you’ll have access to two city bikes. Go on an adventure! A 5-minute bike ride away, you can rent canoes and electric rowboats. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, two of which are within biking distance and offer views of the Nieuwkoopse Plassen.
