An old Valpolicella farmhouse dating back to 1812, nestled in the nature of the Marano valley, it is located between Verona and Lake Garda. With an area of 350 meters it is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor a large living area with 2 living rooms with fireplace and satellite TV, a bathroom with laundry and the kitchen, equipped with fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine, a dining room, the old barn is now used as a relaxation area. On the first floor three bedrooms, a large room with a double bed that can accommodate a baby crib on request, two twin rooms with single beds and a fireplace, a single room, a bathroom with shower. All rooms are furnished with antique furniture, carpets and crystal chandeliers, original wooden floors and ceilings, all with views of the valley. Outside a green area for exclusive use with tables, chairs and sun loungers. New outdoor wellness area with heated jacuzzi tub.
Nature and surroundings
Ours where we grow cherries and produce oil. Within it you can walk freely or leave for excursions in the nature of Valpolicella, Famous wine area where the wine "Amarone" is produced is not only a food and wine excellence but also the starting point for hiking or electric bikes. Of remarkable beauty is the "Molina Waterfall Park" area or the striking "Tibetan" bridge in Valsorda. For history lovers a visit to the Roman temple of the goddess Minerva, or the "cave of Fumane" important archaeological site on Neanderthal man and later sapiens. The valley offers visits to ancient "Romanesque churches" or patrician villas. The church of Santa Maria Valverde dating back to 1500. A few km away you can admire and experience the beauty of Lake Garda, Monte Baldo with its botanical garden of flowers.
