There is a spacious living room (flat screen TV, wifi), kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, combi-oven/microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Downstairs 1 bedroom, auping 180/200 with new bathroom, washbasin, bathtub. Upstairs 1 bedroom 2 box springs 90/210, sink, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200, sink, crib, 1 bedroom with bunk beds 2 beds 80/200, desk. 1 new bathroom with toilet / walk-in shower / sink. On each bed is a 1 pers. comforter / pillow. The house is ideal for a large family. There is a large terrace around the house with comfortable garden furniture. This house is not available for groups and students.

The nature house is located opposite the Zeegserduinen with swimming pond and near the Pieterpad. Zeegse has three good restaurants. Zuidlaren, an attractive village of village green, is within cycling distance with all amenities. Groningen and Assen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The Zuidlaardermeer (19 minutes) is fine for swimming and sailing. Tourist activities: Endless biking and hiking, canoeing. Fairytale forest with playground in Zuidlaren, Climbing park in Pieterburen and Grolloo. Museums: Groningermuseum, Drentsmuseum in Assen, Museumdebuitenplaats in Eelde, Groninger borgen (beautiful castles) or estates of country squires, Leek, Leens, Slochteren, Uithuizen, Roden, with original furnishings.
