The naturhaeuschen is a bright wooden house, cozy, rurally furnished. You have a large bathroom with shower, a large double bed, a converted, bright loft with 4 sleeping places and 2 windows. A cozy seating area, a dining area. Kitchen with fridge, gas hob, wood-fired granny oven. A covered, lockable terrace with seating area, fenced garden with parking space. Very few vehicles pass by. Instead there are horses, cows and sheep.

The totally self-sufficient Casa is located 12km from the village of Zarnesti. The nearest restaurant and horse hotel is about 3km away. Casa Sunshine is surrounded by meadows and forests, only one neighboring house on the left side. On the right side is Casa Rubinul Craiului
