Nature house in Fanø

Holiday home quiet and child-friendly located on a large natural plot, which on two sides is directly adjacent to large protected dune and heather areas. Magnificent, secluded views from the large windows in both the pool room and living area. Tile floor with underfloor heating throughout the house. Large, screened play loft with mattresses. The bright kitchen includes a microwave, food processor and dishwasher. Independent utility room with iron, washing machine and extra fridge / freezer. Large and bright pool room containing 18 m & # 178; large swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. There are two color TVs, two video players, stereo, Nintendo Wii and two ghetto blasters available. Terraces, some of which are childproof with low railings. The house includes a lot of children's equipment with i.a. stroller, extra cot, baby duvets, tricycle, children's table and two highchairs. Fanø is one of Denmark's best known resorts and has been since 1891, when Fanø Vesterhavsbad was established. The 50-200 meter wide beach along Fanø's west side is absolutely magnificent. The island nature otherwise consists predominantly of heath and dune vegetation and in addition, the landscaped dune plantation occupies more than half of the island's total 2750 ha of land. Some areas that are considered particularly characteristic of the island are protected. The house is located close to idyllic Sønderho, which has more listed houses than any other city in Denmark. Moving in and out can only take place on a Friday. Not for rent to youth groups.
