Spacious, 2storey holiday cottage with an annex located on a sheltered natural plot in Houstrup. This comfortably furnished house has i.a. wood-burning stove and energy-efficient heat pump. Besides the bathroom round floor has a well-appointed kitchen in open connection to the combined living and dining room. The large window section in the living room provides access to the terrace. From the kitchen you have access to a stone terrace from which you can observe the children playing in the sandpit. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The adjacent annex is also very spacious and has i.a. a double bed. No letting to youth groups.
