Along the northern coast of Zealand you will find child-friendly beaches and towns with interesting sights and experiences, e.g. Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, one of the most beautiful renaissance castles in Scandinavia. The castle is known from Shakespeare's play about Hamlet. During the summer, especially Gilleleje is an attractive town with marked days, cultural events and harbour parties.
