Nature house in monumental sheepfold with living/dining room and a well-facilitated kitchen in one of the most beautiful areas of Drenthe. The nature house is part of a monumental farmhouse located on the former Overcinge Estate. The region is characterized by sufficient recreational facilities for walkers, cyclists, cultural enthusiasts or those seeking relaxation and rest, among others. The nature house is divided with a living/dining room, fully facilitated kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has two single beds with linen. The cottage is heated by floor heating. Parking on private property possible. In front of the nature house is a private terrace, you can also use the garden under the big oak trees with chairs etc. which is next to the house. For bikes there is a bike shed with charging point.
Nature and surroundings
Lovely walks in the forest, enjoying nature with its beautiful vistas and views. Stand eye to eye with a roe deer. The Eursingerhof, an 18th century farmhouse, is part of the former Overcinge Estate with nine other monumental farms. The surroundings of Het Eursingerhof are perfect for hiking or cycling. The many bicycle routes lead past friendly villages through beautiful natural areas such as; the Holtingerzand with its Hunebedden, the Dwingelderveld and the Weerribben. Golf Club Havelte with an 18-hole golf course is four kilometers away. Ten kilometers away is Giethoorn, the Dutch Venice. Monument village Orvelte is 31 km away and from here it is 5 km to Kamp Westenbork. A day out to Steenwijk 10km, Meppel 10km or Zwolle 30km is also recommended. In Havelte you can eat out at various local restaurants, there is also a supermarket and a bakery.
