Surrounded by green olive trees, in the heart of the Etruscan land, the villa overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea from a hill and is located between the two ancient cities of Tuscania and Tarquinia, about 10 km away from each. It is surrounded by a large lawn garden, where there are aromatic plants, flowers, two rows of grapes, the fountain pool with relaxation area and lovely wooden gazebo for outdoor dining. Surrounding the garden is the 10,000-meter park with olive trees, ornamental plants, large wood-burning oven, and wooden pergola covered with vegetation, equipped with barbecue area, with table and chairs. Everything is fully fenced with automatic gate and convenient paved parking space,
Nature and surroundings
The entire property is further surrounded by hedges, trees, pines, holm oak forest and oaks in order to achieve complete privacy during your stay. Walking through the park, one may happen to see a flock of sheep crossing the nearby meadows or horses and donkeys coming to graze the grass up to the fence. The stay offers, in the immediate vicinity, the possibility of long walks in the middle of the countryside and in the ancient village of Montebello, excursions in the woods and in the nature reserve of Tuscania, visits to the many Etruscan necropolis, Lake Bolsena, Monte Argentario Park, routes in the salt marshes of Tarquinia, bathing in the sea and much more. Within a few tens of kilometers, driving through the hills or on the highway, one can reach the most beautiful cities of central Italy such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Viterbo, Spoleto, Orvieto, etc., and numerous smaller towns with their charming medieval villages.
