Nature house in Gent

Stairs up well to do, but good to take a look at, if you are a little less agile possibly more difficult.

Trap naar boven goed te doen, maar goed om even naar te kijken, als je iets minder goed ter been bent mogelijk lastiger.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere! Close to Ghent, and probably many beautiful things in the area, but that's not what we came for this time....

Heerlijk plekje, fijne sfeer! Vlak bij Gent, en vast veel moois in de omgeving, maar daar kwamen we deze keer niet voor..

The cottage is very cozy, the environment is green and yet close to town and the communication with the landlord was super.

Het huisje is heel knus, de omgeving is groen en toch dicht bij de stad en de communicatie met de verhuurder was super.

Beautiful cottage. Most present. Lots of light, large garden, heaters. Some things not mentioned in ad but useful to know in advance. For example the mini oven and a ladder going to the bedrooms. So nothing for very small children, or older people. Some personal items here and there. Don't need it as far as I'm concerned, but not bothered by it. Clutter in the drawers. You do not know whether you are allowed in the closets or not. Friendly contact with landlord.

Mooi huisje. Meeste aanwezig. Veel lichtinval, grote tuin, kacheltjes.
Sommige dingen staan niet vermeld in advertentie maar zijn wel handig om op voorhand te weten. Bijvoorbeeld de mini oven en een ladder die naar de slaapkamers gaat. Niks voor hele kleine kinderen dus, of oudere mensen.
Hier en daar wel wat persoonlijke spulletjes te vinden. Hoeft wat mij betreft niet, maar geen last van.
Rommeltjes in de laadjes. Je weet niet zo goed of je nou in de kasten mag of niet.
Vriendelijk contact met verhuurder.

Beautiful cottage with spacious green garden on the outskirts of Ghent. Do not expect the silence of nature because, logically, you hear the noise of the city, the highway, the occasional train or siren. We took a walk of two hours, which is mainly on a paved path, through a park and along water and houses. So you are not in the middle of nature but rather in a very green neighborhood with lots of space.

Mooi huisje met ruime groene tuin aan de rand van Gent. Verwacht niet de stilte van de natuur want, logischerwijs, hoor je de ruis vd stad, de autoweg, af en toe een trein of een sirene.
We hebben een wandeling gemaakt van twee uur, die met name over een verhard pad gaat, door een park en langs water en huizen. Je zit dus niet midden in de natuur maar eerder in een hele groene wijk met veel ruimte.
