Felix August 14, 2024 General rating:A wonderful house with a great garden in a beautiful setting! It really is as beautiful as in the photos. Our only criticism: the information and communication in advance was a bit poor, including additional costs. But we were still very satisfied. So here is some information: - Use of the sauna costs CZK 1000, i.e. just under EUR 40. You can then use it for 3 hours - Hot tub and whirl pool may not be used in summer! As we ended up with more people than when we booked: The house costs extra every night from 14 people! - The kitchen is super equipped with pots and pans, even a Kitchen Aid is available. There is free coffee powder and tea - There is a fully automatic coffee machine in the kitchen for a fee and a stocked drinks fridge with a tally sheet - Someone came by every two days to check on the plants and garbage.

Unser einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Infos und Kommunikation im Vorfeld war etwas wenig, es ging unter anderem um zusätzliche Kosten. Wir waren aber trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Daher hier einige Infos:
- Die Nutzung der Sauna kostet 1000 CZK, also knapp 40 EUR. Man kann sie dann 3 Stunden lang nutzen.
- Hot Tub und Whirl Pool dürfen im Sommer nicht genutzt werden! Auch nicht auf Nachfrage oder gegen Bezahlung.
- Da wir am Ende mehr Personen waren als bei der Buchung: Das Haus kostet ab 14 Personen jede Nacht extra!
- Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen, sogar eine Kitchen Aid ist vorhanden. Es gibt kostenlos Kaffeepulver und Tee.
- In der Küche gibt es einen kostenpflichtigen Kaffeevollautomaten sowie einen gefüllten Getränkekühlschrank mit Strichliste.
- Alle zwei Tage kam jemand vorbei um nach den Pflanzen und Müll zu sehen.Nature, peace & environment:The surrounding area is great for mountain biking, hiking, excursions with children, etc., it's really fantastic.
