The landlords are happy to welcome you to their beautiful nature house in their yard. A luxury detached house with garden, rural location on a dead-end country road overlooking the forest and grazing ponies and sheep in the surrounding meadows. The house can accommodate four people. The entire house is on the ground floor. Has a cozy spacious living room with television, spacious fully equipped kitchen overlooking the countryside and is equipped with an induction stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Doing laundry is no problem either, there is a washing machine available. The master bedroom has a double box-spring bed and the second bedroom has two single box-spring beds. The house has one bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Wifi available. Private parking behind the house and for your bicycle a covered storage with charging point.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the green vechtdal, just outside the village of Lemelerveld. In the surroundings there is plenty to do. The beautiful Nature Reserve Lemelerberg and the Sallandse Heuvelrug are within cycling and walking distance. For lovers of hiking, cycling and mountain biking, there are several routes. For horse lovers, you can also make beautiful forest rides on the Lemelerberg. Would you like to bring your own horse? You can! At the vacation home there is also the possibility to rent a horsebox. This amount is 15 euros per horse per night, including water, hay, straw and use of paddock. For a swim or a few hours of sunbathing, the Nature Pool Heidepark is just around the corner with a beautiful sandy beach and a gnome trail and playground for children. The vechtdalen cities of Ommen and Dalfsen are about a 10-minute drive away. The larger cities such as Zwolle and Deventer about 20, 25 minutes by car.
