You can tell that the owner likes to come there himself. The cottage not only has all kinds of vinks, but is also practically furnished.

Je kan merken dat de eigenaar er zelf ook graag komt. Het huisje heeft niet alleen allerlei vinkjes, maar is ook praktisch ingericht.

The house is tastefully decorated with many facilities. Good beds and sanitary facilities. Due to the layout of the building, for larger parties, the living room/kitchen can only be reached from 2 bedrooms by walking through a master bedroom.
The communication from the landlady was very friendly and accommodating, but in terms of other hospitality there is room for improvement with little effort: - The written information in the folder for guests is full of language errors and not always clear - The paper with Wifi password seems to have been torn from another sheet and is crumpled and not clean - According to the ad, waste is separated in the cottage. But this was not supported in practice (no extra buckets etc.) or described in the guest information - There is clearly living in the cottage, in almost every cupboard and drawer there are belongings of the occupant(s) so we could only store our things in full view.

Het huis is sfeervol ingericht met veel faciliteiten. Goede bedden en sanitair.
Door de indeling van het gebouw geldt voor grotere gezelschappen dat de woonkamer/keuken vanuit 2 slaapkamers alleen te bereiken zijn door door een hoofdslaapkamer te lopen.
De communicatie van de verhuurster was heel vriendelijk en accomoderend, maar qua overige hospitality valt er met kleine inspanning nog wel wat te verbeteren:
- De schriftelijke informatie in de map voor de gasten staat vol met taalfouten en is niet altijd even duidelijk.
- Het papiertje met Wifi-wachtwoord lijkt uit een ander vel gescheurd te zijn en is verfrommeld en niet schoon.
- Volgens de advertentie wordt er afval gescheiden in het huisje. Maar dat werd in de praktijk niet ondersteund (geen extra emmertjes e.d.) of omschreven in de gasteninformatie.
- Er wordt duidelijk gewoond in het huisje, in nagenoeg iedere kast en la zitten spullen van de bewoner(s) waardoor wij onze spullen alleen in het volle zicht konden opslaan.

The area is wonderfully quiet, away from larger through-traffic roads. When the evening is quiet, you can hear nothing but the rustling of leaves and the animals making their way through the forest. The garden of the cottage is located directly on a road, so during the day you do get some of the traffic. From one side of the cottage you look over the fields, beautiful at dusk. On the other side, in a spacious woodland garden, bordered by lush shrubs and trees, is the spacious and cozy terrace. The terrace always offers the possibility of finding a place in the sun or shade.

De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, ver weg van grotere doorgaandverkeer wegen. Wanneer het 's avonds stil wordt is werkelijk niets anders te horen dan het ritselen van de bladeren en de dieren die hun weg door het bos zoeken.
De tuin van het huisje ligt direct aan een weg, waardoor je overdag wel wat van het verkeer meekrijgt. Maar als storend hebben wij het niet ervaren.
Vanaf de ene kant van het huisje kijk je over de velden, prachtig in de schemer. Aan de andere kant bevindt zich, in een riante bostuin, begrenst door weelderige struiken en bomen, het ruime en sfeervolle terras. Het terras biedt altijd de mogelijkheid een plek in de zon of de schaduw te vinden.
