Nature house in Havixbeck

The cottage is fully equipped and very clean. The living room is on the second floor so the dog must dare to go up the stairs.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. De huiskamer is op de eerste verdieping dus de hond moet wel op de trap durven.

We enjoyed our stay at the Alte Muhle, we wanted a fireworks free stay to be there with our dog during New Year's Eve. It is definitely fireworks free! You stay on a farm where there are several animals, including roosters(!), the area is very beautiful and quiet with lots of hiking possibilities.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in de Alte Muhle, we wilden een vuurwerkvrij verblijf om daar met onze hond tijdens oud en nieuw te zijn. Het is zeker vuurwerk vrij!
Je verblijft op een boerderij waar verschillende dieren zijn, waaronder ook hanen(!), de omgeving is erg mooi en rustig met heel veel wandel mogelijkheden.

Upon arrival we were kindly received by the owner. With enthusiasm he told us about the location. The accommodation is neat, clean and complete. It is located in a crazy area away from both larger cities and idyllic countryside. The "Alte Mühle" is highly recommended.

Bij aankomst zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Met enthousiasme vertelde hij over de locatie. De accommodatie is netjes, schoon en compleet. Het ligt in een waanzinnige omgeving op afstand van zowel grotere steden als idyllisch platteland. De 'Alte Mühle" is een aanrader.

On the ground floor you will find a nice garden with a nice sitting area and trampoline for the children. The kitchen has a fine induction cooktop, a spacious refrigerator and a small dining table. The bathroom is complete, but the shower spray is a bit weak. You walk up the spiral staircase to a cozy living room with windows on each side, overlooking the countryside. The room has a radio, smart TV and sofa bed and a closet for your clothes. A staircase upstairs leads to a loft with two single beds. Almost all the windows have mosquito nets.

Op de begane grond vind je een mooie tuin met een leuk zitje en trampoline voor de kinderen. De keuken is voorzien van een fijne inductiekookplaat, een ruime koelkast en een kleine eettafel. De badkamer is compleet, maar de douchestraal is wat zwakjes. Via de wenteltrap loop je naar boven naar een gezellig woonkamertje met ramen aan elke kanten, waardoor je over het landschap uitkijkt. De kamer is voorzien van radio, smart-tv en slaapbank en een kast voor je kleding. Een trap naar boven leidt naar een zolder met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Vrijwel alle ramen zijn voorzien van horren.

Cottage is equipped with everything desirable. The decor is neutral, making the cottage feel very personal because of the things you brought with you. In the morning enjoyed beautiful sunrise and the singing of birds in the garden. The yard of the old farm is special with some woolly pigs, among other things.

Huisje is voorzien van alles wat wenselijk is. De inrichting is neutraal, waardoor het huisje door de eigen meegebrachte spullen al snel heel eigen voelt. 'S ochtends genoten van mooie zonsopkomst en het fluiten van de vogels in de tuin.
Het erf van de oude boerderij is bijzonder met o.a. wat wolvarkens.
