Wij vinden de constructie waarbij iedereen die het huisje boekt zelf weer even basis schoonmaakt voor je weggaat heel goed en sympathiek maar dan zou er wel minstens één keer per maand een extern persoon moeten zijn die echt alle hoeken en gaten doet. Dat was duidelijk al langere tijd niet gebeurd.
Verder denken wij dat dagelijks luchten (of isoleren van de buitenmuren) een hoop van het vochtprobleem zou wegnemen.
