The Dutch landlords will not stay in the neighborhood during your stay. However, they have arranged that your stay will not be short of anything and there will be back-up in case of emergencies. You will receive the access key via an electronic code. The landlords do strongly advise you to arrive by daylight, because you will experience that darkness in the Highlands is real darkness.
