The nature house is located in the Cottessen Nature Reserve, near the Geul River. It is an 18th-century farmhouse. It is partly half-timbered and partly built with natural stone (rubble stone) from the quarry. The quarry is located about 100 meters away. The nature house has been a national historic monument since 1967. There are charming towns in the area with many outdoor cafes and restaurants. Gulpen, Valkenburg, Vaals, Aachen, and Maastricht are all a short distance away. The nature house has 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on the First floor, accessible via an open spiral staircase. Due to its layout, the cottage is less suitable for young children. The cottage has its own terrace with a gate and a private section in the meadow. There is also a separate storage shed for bicycles and other items. We look forward to welcoming you with comfortably made beds. Ground floor layout: entryway/hallway with built-in closet, restroom, living room, kitchen. Upper floor layout: 3 bedrooms, bathroom.

Fully equipped. The stairs aren't very convenient for older people.

Peace and quiet, and plenty of space, and close to the Geul. Beautiful surroundings.
