It has a modern and very well-equipped 35 m² eat-in kitchen with underfloor heating, and a cozy sitting area with satellite TV and WiFi. Everything you need was there (although a peeler would be a useful addition to the kitchen). The house is super sound and heat insulated. Everything was clean. Lots of wooden furniture, but a bright modern bathroom with shower and bath. We might need to think about improving the privacy screen in the toilet area to the outside. The communication with the landlady was incredibly friendly. She was very attentive and always got back to us promptly.
