This villa is a detached, detached family home for up to six people. The nature house has a fantastic view of the surrounding area and is in close proximity to ski slopes, golf courses, hiking trails, beautiful towns, castles and fortresses, making it possible to enjoy the house and its beautiful surroundings all year round.On the ground floor is the central hall, the cozy fireplace room with fireplace and open passage to the modern kitchen. The kitchen is comfortably furnished. Furthermore, from the kitchen there is a magnificent view over the meadows. In the pantry are the dishwasher and washing machine. The modern bathroom has a shower, two sinks, a toilet and a bidet. The garden house with sauna also has a shower and a wood stove. The spacious garden has a campfire area and is perfect for playing in.

The nature house is located near the German/Czech border. The surroundings are green. Fields and forest alternate. Around dusk deer, hares and other animals walk in and around the garden. The extensive garden of over 3500 m² is fenced and the orchard is full of fruit. Apples, plums, cherries, rhubarb, herbs, nuts and more.
