Nature house in San Pantaleo

Recently built nature house using modern thermal materials, but with many vintage details and ecomaterials, down to scrap wood from old boats at the beach. It seems a cross between a loft and lodge with a large bright living room with sitting area around the fireplace, workbench for laptop in front of the window with distant views of nature and mountains and spacious, modern kitchen with antique doors and benches. All modern appliances available, both for cooking and working or relaxing with music or movies. The Master Bedroom suite has entrance from the hallway and veranda, sink, separate toilet with hand shower, spacious massage shower corner and raised bath with views of rocks and at night the lights of the town in the distance. Bed of 1.60 meters, mezzanine, 2 small walk-in closets and large storage room. A long hallway with library, from there access to a 2nd bathroom with sink, rain shower and toilet with hand shower and 3 terraces complete the whole. Back to the basics but with lots of luxuries!

3 acres of private land where giant turtles still regularly roam and hares hop around. Vegetation as olive trees, juniper, ancient cork oaks, planted citrus but also e.g. edible wild fennel. Complete privacy and quiet between the rocks with only chirping crickets, but close to the Costa Smeralda and Sardinian attractions to do things. The whole mountain we share only with 2 other inhabited houses where our dear neighbors if wanted can do the reception, cook or help. Basically you have a bright lodge of 100 square meters, several terraces plus hiking area all to yourself. Beautiful wide views of mighty mountains, village of Arzachena and even Corsica in the distance, with 1 km down the mountain on the main road to inhabited life, excursions, coast and attractions. The cozy artistic village of San Pantaleo and the city of Olbia with (air) port start less than 10 kilometers away. Car on higher wheels recommended for the way up.
