In the shadow of an old grain silo, amidst the Haspengouw fields, lies this nature house. This former printing house was completely renovated only last year and is an ideal base for exploring the region. It is a stone's throw from various cycling and hiking routes and a 15-minute drive from Sint-Truiden, Tongeren or Liege. Half an hour away is Maastricht. The house is 180 m² and has four separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area. Outside there is a large fully enclosed garden, a sun terrace and a sunken terrace with a fire pit. This allows you to enjoy the expansive views even on the coldest winter day. To the extent possible, the landlords try to welcome their guests personally. The house comes standard without bed and bath linen, but this can be provided on request.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of rolling Haspengouw, known for its beautiful cycling routes, blossoms and cozy villages. Close to the language border and completely surrounded by fruit plantations and fields. Via a beautiful bicycle route you can discover, among other things, Roman Tumuli. From Borlo, the nearest village (one kilometer), several hiking trails depart.
